For Interns

Open "Actions" dropdown on the top right of the administration site and select "My profile". You will have a link "Review agreement" at the bottom of you profile page. You will need to review the agreement and provide your full name as your electronic signature.

For Mentors

Please review current mentorship assignments to sign up as a mentor accordingly on the administration site. Please let Outreachy coordinators know if any changes need to be made to the current assignments.

You need to complete the following three steps on the administration site. You might have already completed some of these steps during the application review.

Step 1: Sign up as a Program Mentor

To sign up as a mentor, choose "Apply to mentor" button after signing in on the administration site and choose your organization. Your application will be approved as soon as a site administrator sees it, which is typically within 24 hours. Please check back then. The system does not have any e-mail notifications.

Step 2: Set Yourself as a Mentor for the Accepted Applications

Once you are logged in as a mentor, use "View applications" button on the main page or "Actions"=>"View applications" and select the name of your organization in the drop down to view the applications for your organization. Click through on the project titles for the projects you are mentoring to see the full application and select "Willing to mentor" or "Add myself as additional mentor" at the bottom of the page with the application.

Step 3: Review and Accept the Agreement

Open "Actions" dropdown on the top right of the administration site and select "My profile". You will have a link "Review agreement" at the bottom of you profile page. You will need to review the agreement and provide your full name as your electronic signature.

After Accepting the Agreement

Interns and mentors who wish to terminate their participation in the program need to contact program coordinators at the private list outreachy-admins-list AT SPAMFREE gnome DOT org .
