    • define the terms for company-sponsored projects

    • reach out to companies for corporate tasks
  3. July 20 - July 30
    • (at GUADEC) recruit mentors
    • raise awareness among women who might consider participating or spreading the word
    • raise awareness among companies that might consider sponsoring a project
    • find people who can help spreading the announcement
    • create flyer for universities
    • reach out to local GNOME and LUG groups
  4. August 23
    • have the application form and application process details ready
    • send announcements to campuses in SH; encourage students to get in touch with projects that interest them immediately
    • have the participating projects have specific resources for students ready, be prepared to informally mentor them, and perhaps have online bootcamps/open-houses scheduled for particular dates
  5. August 23 - September 30
    • students pick projects
    • work on fixing at least one bug
    • (we'll have to decide if students apply for a specific project or just list preferences)
  6. September 30 - October 15
    • students submit their applications
  7. October 15 - November 1
    • we decide
  8. November 1 - 7
    • Students are notified
  9. December 1
    • internships begin
