Automake

While the main project information is stored in the .gbproject JSON file, automake files should be updated automatically.

Since we are very strict about what we will support in the app, we should be able to make sure it is all properly supported in automake.

I really don't see the benefit of supporting other build systems, especially until things are off the ground. It will just complicate things.
