Web Applications Integration

Description

It would be nice to have some level of integration with web applications in the desktop. Easily sharing pictures on flickr/facebook/..., links on facebook/...,

This would require somebody writing the "Web Accounts" panel, which would integrate Telepathy accounts, libsocialweb accounts, and possibly Evolution ones too.

And web apps as "first class" applications (in the dash, in application search, etc.)

A related project would be using Tracker as the history/bookmarks store.
