GNOME Goal: High Resolution Application Icons

Guidelines

Every application should install a high resolution icon along with the small sizes, as per the icon design guidelines.

Instructions on how to recognize a module affected by this goal.

A module is affected by this goal if it installs an application desktop file, and its icon data only includes small sizes such as 16x16,22x22,24x24, 32x32, 48x48px or an SVG that is scaled up from its original 48x48px canvas size (with strokes getting scaled up). It applies to applications outside of GNOME as well.
