Roadmap for Gnome Subtitles 0.9

This release will focus on stability, both functionally and technically.

• Update gstreamer-playbin version, and possibly check if it's ready to be packaged separately
• Clear compilation warnings
• Clear obsolete code
• Check Gnome-Love bugs
• Improve consistency with selection types in timing dialogs (select range, all, etc)
• Improve the auto adjust functionality to use the video and multiple sync points

• Revise SubLib code (mostly reading subtitles)

• Improve the user manual
• Improve debugging and error handling
