  • Beijing and Korea team are prepare the bids, and we will invite them to next IRC Meeting
  • Theme of this year -- GNOME OS

  • We will need to get http://2013.gnome.asia up and running

  • Haggen move GNOME.Asia press release to https://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2012Summit/Press

• When will we meet next?
  • We adjust the next meeting on Wednesday -- to avoid board meeting
  • We will meet next weeks on Wednesday, October 24th, at 14:00 UTC in #asia-summit

2. sakana mail committee list asking for ideas for the Theme of this years summit.[Done]
