Introduction of GNOME as DE for the Linux Desktop (assistance for newbies) GNOME 3.0 live demo on some PCs of our LUG (for the newbie and the impatient)

How:

People will be able to test the new Gnome 3.0 with hands-on sessions and talk about the new DE. both LUG desktop PCs and spare copies of the ISO will be available for people wanting to test Gnome 3 on their own laptops during the party. Live distros will be used. Currently eligible distros are: 32-bit gnome foundation ISO

When:

6th April 2011, since 21:30 'till night
