Major user-visible changes in GNOME 2.12, to be mentioned in the release notes. Please make a list here when we reach feature freeze.
Please note that this does not need to be pretty. It's just a list that will be used to make the actual release notes. In fact, if it's too pretty, people will link to it and complain that it's not perfect.
There is a pretty version of this document.
This is for user stuff. For developer stuff, go to /DeveloperPlatform

Some very important productivity-boosters in mines:
- Using the left button on a cleared square is now like using the middle button. This makes the game a lot easier for those with an awkward middle button.
- The first click is guaranteed to clear a "useful" number of squares so you don't have to blindly click and hope you don't hit a mine.
- An explosion graphic is drawn on a mine if you set it off
And further tweaks in the rest of gnome-games.
