UI String Freeze

I need to freeze the UI strings but can't decide what they should contain... and should there be some tooltips somewhere. when cursor is over the country code column following tooltip is displayed: Code of the country as defined by ISO 3166 standard
when cursor is over the country name column following tooltip is displayed: You can search the list by typing with keyboard
when cursor is over the expander title following tooltip is displayer: Click to show or hide a list of countries
