The workflow for Processing Applications is as follows:

1. The applicant uses the form to apply and thus raises a ticket on the RT3

2. You take the ticket and frame a reply - either asking the contacts for recent contributions to GNOME or asking the applicant to provide more data

3. Send the response (as appropriate) and wait for response. Note: In case of contacts please wait till all the contacts have responded

4. Once responses are in (and assuming they are positive) move forward towards processing the ticket

5. Use the Membership Management System to create a New Foundation Member Account

6. Subscribe the New Foundation Member to foundation-announce mailing list

7. Close the RT3 ticket as Resolved
