Need to renew
Dear <member>, As per the bylaws of the GNOME Foundation, your membership will expire in one month, since your last renewal/acceptance was from <acceptance>. In order to remain as a member, you need to renew your membership. (Note the Foundation bylaws state the membership term should be two years. We really appreciate your contributions to the project, but you need to contribute more before you can join the Foundation. We encourage you to continue your efforts in <insert contributions>, so you can reapply for membership and hopefully join the Foundation in a few months. The Membership Committee uses the Membership Policy at http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/ to determine eligibility. Please review this policy if you believe this determination was made in error. You can send questions to this committee by emailing membership-committee@gnome.org You are free to re-apply at any time if you have additional information which you feel will help illustrate your eligibility to us.
