Subject: GNOME Foundation Membership - Denied Dear <applicant name>, We regret to inform you that your application to the GNOME Foundation Membership has been denied. We really appreciate your contributions to the project, but you need to contribute more before you can join the Foundation. Unfortunately, your contributions to <insert contributions to other projects, or remove sentence> can not be taken into account for the GNOME Foundation. We encourage you to continue your efforts in <insert contributions>, so you can reapply for membership and hopefully join the Foundation in a few months. The Membership Committee uses the Membership Policy at http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/ to determine eligibility. Please review this policy if you believe this determination was made in error. You can send questions to this committee by emailing membership-committee@gnome.org You are free to re-apply at any time if you have additional information which you feel will help illustrate your eligibility to us. If correspondence with the Membership Committee does not result in acceptance of your application, you can appeal the determination by emailing the Board of Directors at board@gnome.org. Thanks for your patience and interest in the GNOME Foundation. Sincerely, The GNOME Foundation Membership Committee
Renewal denied
Subject: GNOME Foundation Membership Renewal - Denied Dear <applicant name>, We regret to inform you that your renewal application to the GNOME Foundation Membership has been denied. Unfortunately none of the provided contacts provided us a valid feedback about your recent contributions to the GNOME Foundation. Being a Foundation member means having a say in the future of GNOME, thus we need to verify that every old member wanting to renew still actively contributes to the project. We will be more than happy to renew your membership as soon as we gonna receive some valid pointers (either from you or from the provided contacts) about your recent contributions to GNOME. Thanks for your patience and interest in the GNOME Foundation. Sincerely, The GNOME Foundation Membership Committee
