Accomplishments
- Received and reviewed Friends of GNOME survey results
- Reviewed first draft of a formal Marketing Brief for GNOME
- Created a first draft of GNOME 3.0 objectives (Need to review and finalize for Lucas)
- Revamped tasks lists to match 2.27 and 2.29 cycles
- Started wiki cleanup and re-organization
- Discussed possible value adds for those that donate to Friends of GNOME (email addresses, etc)
Claus moved and organized webpage copy & content to lgo for the wgo revamp that needs to re-written and edited
July Goals
- Finalize GNOME 3.0 marketing campaign and add to 2.27 calendar
- Finish wiki cleanup (Paul)
- Form GNOME Press team (call for volunteers and define goals)
- Create Amazon affiliate Firefox extension (Jaap)
- wgo content due 7/15 and 7/29 (Risk: We are slightly behind in writing / updating content)
- Finalize new GNOME store on Zazzle requirements (Account creation, call for artwork for merchandise, communicate with Hackerthreads)
