Anyone with a valid e-mail address can create an account in Bugzilla and subsequently report bugs and feature requests. For more information about the gnome.org Bugzilla, please see the BugzillaHelp.

The GNOME Bugzilla is based on software from http://www.bugzilla.org/.
GNOME Bugzilla has undergone a significant software update on August 16th, 2009, and unfortunately some previously available features are not yet implemented in the new version. See this desktop-devel-list message for a list of those non-ported features.
